Standard pallets work for standard situations. When your operation isn't standard, a custom build is the right call.
GMA 48×40 is the most common pallet in North America. If your product doesn't match that footprint, you're either wasting space or risking product stability. A custom pallet solves it at the source.
Most countries require ISPM-15 heat-treated wood packaging at their borders. If you're exporting and your pallets aren't HT marked and compliant, you'll have problems at customs. We build to spec and provide documentation.
Standard pallets are built for standard loads. Heavy equipment, dense building materials, or high-stack products may need heavier stringers, more deck boards, or harder wood species. We spec it for the actual load.
Buying pallets on the spot market means getting whatever's available. Custom orders from a single source give you consistent dimensions, consistent quality, and consistent delivery — which matters when your automation or racking is tuned to a spec.
Lead time delays, inconsistent quality, and wrong sizes are the most common complaints about commodity pallet suppliers. If you've been burned, a local fabricator who builds to your spec on a known timeline is the better call.
